our policies

*Please note that these policies may be subject to change as our company sees fit. Updates will be posted immediately and existing customers will be made aware of changes to our policies.


Pricing and Fees:

We currently only offer 95 gallon residential cans. We DO NOT provide dumpsters at this time.  We do not offer a disocunt for mulitple cans at this time.


Can Pricing depends on the area in which you live. Please call the office at 928-241-4454 to get a quote!




Other Fees:

- Delivery Fee: We do not charge a fee to deliver your can. However, payment for the first two months is due immediately upon signing up (see "Billing" below). Once you have paid, a can will be dropped off at your residence within the week.

- Late Fee: Customers who are significantly overdue (60+ days) on their payment(s) may be subject to a $10 late fee.

Pinetop - Monday

Lakeside - Monday

Wagon Wheel - Monday

Show Low - Tuesday

Porter Mountain Estates - Tuesday

Linden - Tuesday

Bourdon Ranch - Tuesday

Little Mormon Lake - Tuesday 

Vernon/"The Crossroads" area - Wednesday

Vernon/before the Y - Thursday

Concho (north of the 61) - Thursday

Concho Valley - Thursday


*PLEASE NOTE that Wagon Wheel Waste does recognize most major holidays. To view a copy of our holiday schedule and how we will handle the routes on those weeks, please click on our "2023 Route Calendar" link from the "Customer Resources" tab on the website navigation menu.


Billing:

We bill bi-monthly (every 2 months). Therefore, payment for two months at a time is due on the 15th of each billing cycle. If you sign up for online payments, your invoice will recur 2 months from your first invoice date. if you prefer to use mail billing, an invoice will be sent by mail the 1st day of every 2 months from when you signed up. 


After your first invoice payment (which is due immediately for can delivery), all subsequent invoice payments are due within 14 days of your invoice being sent.


Autopay/Online Payments:

Auto-Pay is available to those who wish to set it up.   We recommend this option to ensure your payments are always processed on time.

To enroll, you can create an account through our customer portal. Alternatively, you may contact our office, and we will be happy to assist you with the setup. 



Customers who do not prefer to enroll in autopay will be responsible for checking their emails/mailboxes regularly to make sure they submit their payments on time.
